So I saw this video here that actually accurately explains Wordgirl being scaled to the Marvel Cosmology. Although a bit is flawed, I can adequately get past it.

So with this power scale I think we can adequately scale her to 1-C, (High 1-C with stop scaling) possibly High 1-B with the full extent of her powers.

The 4th Wall Manipulation/Toon Force is a good addition to give her, but it isn't really solid proof of high tier stuff, especially when we require extensive proof for higher/multiple dimension tiering.

Further, if the scaling involves her comics, we'd need to ensure her Comic Books are the same continuity as her show -Similar to how Superman's comics & cartoon selves aren't the same continuity- not to mention sharing a publisher, Marvel or otherwise, doesn't prove she scales to Marvel's cosmology.
