Considering Woody is pretty small and has trash Lifting Strenght, what prevents Sephiroth here from just grabbing him? He likely will see Woody as a joke and do something in those lines.

My point is, what exact wincon Woody has here? The area of effects of his attacks are very poor to do any noticeable damage in the long run while Sephiroth can likely just OHK, with the only exception being Rocket Ruckus, but even then, I still find this one sided, but overall, Woody still barely has a wincon with that so this can continue

I don't know where they got that Small Size from. Woody was just about as tall as Xehanort in that one memetic cutscene.

Young Xehanort obviously turned smaller so the toys didn´t just turned inanimated to him, to make them think he´s a toy, so he could study their "heart" better.

In fact, Sora, Donald and Goofy even point out how they seemed to have turned noticeably smaller
