This is pretty much a stomp for wonder woman. The difference in tiers is absurd, the only thing that could give Rogue a slight chance is absorbing Wonder woman's power, but it's not clear that she would be able to steal the powers of wonder woman and even if she was able to she needs to touch Wonder Woman which would take the fight to close combat in which Rogue doesnt stand a chance.

As far as i can tell this fight isnt even allowed because the difference its a stomp.
