um well if we take composite then my money is with herc due to the whole chaos war hercules debucle that places him at high hyperversial

Definitely Wonder Woman, Witching Hour Wonder Woman who absorbed the powers of Hecate(the literal embodiement of magic in DC's Multiverse, who pretty much accidentally created the Gods, Lords of Order and Chaos, and most other magical beings, as well as protected the whole Multiverse from the Dark Multiverse for billions of years on a wimp) should straight up stomp Chaos War Herc and she has anyways a lot more versions + special versions in general.
