Depends on the set provided. An employee with Loneliness would probably quite handily win. The mindhax of the gun should be enough to incap the Wither in a few shots, and the bullets have higher travel speed than the Wither skulls, meaning that they'd have an advantage in a ranged fight. The same should go for Today's Expression and Rapturous Dream (to a lesser extent).

Essentially:

-Loneliness, Today's Expression and Rapturous Dream: Win for the employee

-Wrist Cuter, Somewhere Spear, Lantern and Cherry Blossom: Incon, as the employee would incap/kill the Wither first but then evetually die to the death hax due to requiring short range combat.

-Anything Else: Wither wins due to being a damage sponge against physical damage and eventually death haxxing.

-Fourth Match Fire: Wither stomps due to fire.
