This is a hard one. Cackletta has time manipulation and void manipulation, and Drawcia has transmutation and existence erasure.

I vote Cackletta because Existence Erasure is a mere sub-ability of Void Manipulation which means it is definitely inferior by far. Also let's not forget time hax.
