Wishing For Intelligence

A character is able to potentially make a wish to have someone (and potentially themselves) gain all the knowledge in the universe, although without making that wish, they are only as smart as an ordinary being. Would it be possible to add an intelligence rating of “Average normally, Omniscient via reality warping”, or is that not allowed?

Yes this would be allowed. I did it with Beiloune's intelligence.

Definitely. It's the same idea as a character being able to amplify their "Attack Potency" via something from their Powers and Abilities section or something from their Notable Attacks/Techniques section, which you can find on profiles far more commonly. A character can amplify their "Intelligence" in the same way.
