Winter Soldier (Marvel) vs Gray Fox (Metal Gear)

Battle between child soldiers of war who went on to become strong allies with the legendary soldiers, Captain America and Big Boss. Both were thought to have been dead, but were found alive only to be turned into ruthless assassins...

Who wins and why?

Gray Fox doesn't even have a profile and I haven't played MGS yet. Also, you have to specify which version of the Winter Solder.

Probably Winter Soldier.

While Gray Fox might outclass him in speed, agility, reflexes, durability and reaction time, what gives Winter Soldier the win is that bionic arm of his, this is something Gray Fox probably would not except and that is Bucky's bionic arm has an EMP or something that can cause his body to shut down or go haywire, not to mention arguely exprierence.

That's if Bucky ever touches Frank though because he may not even be able to touch the latter due to those things you mentioned.

And Bucky would need to have his weapons pierce through Frank's armor while he is shut down or going haywire to kill him because otherwise Frank would eventually recover and take down Bucky as he himself is a master at exploiting weaknesses then using it to put his opponents at a disadvantage just as Bucky does.
