Looking back, it seems the page was unlocked to allow a thread to be applied and then never locked again. This is the first person to vandalize it since in six months though, so I'm kind of torn. All the same, I locked it for now.

I warned them. I can see reason to ban them given the Tier 0 and the fact they added a new key without any information on what that key was.I think that a strict warning is probably sufficient in this case, given the extremely high preceding tier, but I may be too lenient.
All the same, there's a revision for the Source right now and the current Tier is already High 1-A.

The person has now admitted to removing a matchup because they disagree with it and because the removal thread doesn't work very well. While I agree with the latter part, we can't do that. I'll be reverting that and giving this person a warning. I'd suggest a warning be added for it. This person seems frustrated and seems to have reasoning behind their opinion, so this isn't a vandal.
