We've got a new Class 1 LS calc for Cammy. Everyone who scales to her would get the same rating (ofc), and since there's only a difference of 3 kgs to reach Class 5, everyone who upscales from her would be such.
I want to point out that characters reaching such heights and potentially even higher is quite common, this specific instance was taken for semplicity, but you can see many other examples as follows: Falke, Cammy, Lucia, Vega (1 2), Sakura (1 2), Decapre, Elena, Abel, Rolento, El Fuerte, T. Hawk. Some of them even bring the opponent up with them, which obviously increases the value.

Now, Cammy is in a weird position in terms of tiering, being in-between two other classes. Ibuki and Mika don't scale to her in any relevant way, can't reach such heigh on their own (Ibuki does it by teleporting and stepping up midway on the enemy) and scale to the mighty bear who was crumpling Mika, so they retain their Superhuman.
Cammy then underperformed against FANG, Vega (1 and 2) and C. Viper, while many other characters proved themselves at least equal to them, including heroes such as Chun-Li and Guile. All of them would be baseline Class 5, given the negligible gap.

The second topic of the day, is that the following sentence was added (without a CRT) a few days ago to Cammy's weaknesses: Although it's not a significant weakness, she still retains slight traces of Shadoloo's brainwashing in SFIV.
It's been deleted because if wasn't approved in a revision, but I still wanted to bring the subject up for transparency. I asked the user who added it, where did they take such notion, and its surce is this victory quote from SFIV.
Now, I'm personally inclined to believe this is just Cammy doing a mistake because of force of habit, but they were arguing this could be a leftover. Personally, I think it could even be put, but in that case I'm going to word it in order to point out very well how insignificant it is.

It could be one or the other but tbh with how unimportant it is I wouldn't really consider it a weakness.

LS is fine obviously

May I ask that if this Cammy feat is canon since the height of Cammy's intro is only shown in specific non-gameplay and non-plot situation.

It's more like a fact of it not being contradicted by anything else, and the heigh of the actual intro seemingly matches the one seen in the off-camera mod.
Also, the off-camera mod uses a few tricks to handle characters who should go beyond the height limit of the stage, like Vega weaving left and right without ascending, as otherwise the length of the move would have brought him off screen. In SFIV they also used to make the characters fly off screen, but decided to change things in V.

Since Cammy remains within the limits, there isn't much of a reason to discredit the 10 meters, and the same could be said of all other characters who jump that high with any move that doesn't make them go past the ceiling.

I'd agree if something in the lore were to contradict it, like Mika wrestling the bear (reason why this doesn't downscale to her and Ibuki), but in this case it should be fine.
Cammy also does a big jump here, which isn't properly 10 meters, but it's consistent with her character being a high flyer.
Vega and Rashid also do similar jumps in "A Shadow Falls".

I feel that your explanation is good enough to be accepted. You're doing a good work.

Time has passed, the changes have been applied and so I'm closing this thread.
