Why there are Mountain level characters in One Punch Man?

They dont have actually feat or calc that put them in this level so why they rank as mountain level? saying it becuse X seem much much stronger than Y who city level dont justify this for my opinion,you can be 15 time stronger than city level character and still be city level,in additon it just a speculation

While critically beaten down and severely weakened, Bang one shot full powered Fuhrer Ugly, who in this form was significantly stronger than his base form which was a Dragon level threat, meaning his base form is significantly stronger than Beast King, who was much more powerful than Armored Gorilla, who was stronger than Mosquito Girl, who casually obliterated beginning of series Genos' body in a single hit. Bang also one shot another Dragon level of similar power immediately after Fuhrer

Full Power Bang >>> Weakened and Injured Bang >>> Full Power Fuhrer Ugly >>> Base Fuhrer Ugly >>>>>>> Beast King > Armored Gorilla > Mosquito Girl >>> BoS Genos, who is City level

That is easily enough to justify a tier jump.

And then you have monsters like Overgrown Rover who effortlessly fended off the combined forces of Bang, Bomb (Who is comparable to Bang), Upgraded Genos, and Fubuki. And then there's Human Garou who overpowered Overgrown Rover on his own.

Tatsumaki is a character that has an actual mountain-level feat; when she lifted and flipped the entire MA headquarters which reaches from the surface to 1,500 metres underground.

I'm pretty sure it was because the gap between baseline Mountain level and BoS Genos's City level feat was quite narrow, and we all know how Genos fares against Demon and Dragon threats

Ryop, the MA HQ, probably, but the whole area that Tatsumaki lifted and flipped over? Mounain-level, I would think. Tallest building in the world is only 830 metres tall, and the MA HQ reached at least 1500 metres underground.

Lets lowball and say that at full power, beginning of series genos can perform a 28 megaton feat (at least twice as strong), then mosquito girl fodderized him, who is weaker then armored gorillia, who is weaker than beast king, who is weaker than base ugly, who is weaker than mutated ugly, who got fodderized by weakened bang, who is weaker than full power bang, who was nothing to rover, who was nothing to garou.

16 time is still kinda big gap,in Dragon Ball for example SSJ2(let take Gohan for example) only 2 time stronger than SSJ1 but the power gap between him and Cell(normal perfect form) were enormous

Probably not even 7 times. BoS genos did that 14 megaton feat effortlessly. At full power, BoS genos probably could've done a 28 megaton feat (at least twice as strong). So its more like 3.5 times stronger in order to be mountain level. Bang is like a hundred times stronger than BoS genos

It should be worth noting that Genos' feat was accomplished through his firepower. I doubt his physical attacks are actually near his level, making the scaling a bit more difficult to judge.

^Carnage Kabuto was able to tank Genos's firepower attacks with zero damage and even deflect it with his fu*king breath effortless so that make him and others Dragon level that scaling to him City level and same about Dragon level S CLASS heros.

About all the Demons level,Genos was able to survive his own attack without any serious problem so that make his durability City level too,and since DSK and other Demon level monsters did him way more damage that make them also City level in physical attacks,

I disagree with this, the reasoning why is provided by what I'm replying to. Because Mosquito Girl managed to wipe out Genos whilst Armored Gorilla failed to beat him; there was no mention of Genos receiving body parts which enhanced his fighting ability directly after fighting Mosquito Girl.

Genos clearly was rebuilt and given whole new body parts since the fight with Mosquito Girl. If after this new model, he can beat someone explicitly stated to be stronger than Mosquito Girl, I think it is fair to infer that Genos got stronger as a result.

However even then all that changes is

Well, heres the thing. Mosquito girl was a prototype, which means her power wasnt accurately measured. I think that mosquito girl before sucking blood is weaker than armored gorilla but after sucking blood, she becomes stronger than him. But none of this really matters since bang is clearly still 7-A.

kabuto is ridiculously stronger than beast king, whos way stronger than armored gorilla, whos possibly stronger than mosquito girl, who fodderized BoS genos.

BoS genos did the 14 megaton feat with almost no effort. so logically he should be able to generate at least twice as much power if he really tried, so bout 28 megatons for genos.

kabuto would only have to be 3.5x stronger than genos to be 7-A. he was absolutely shitstomping genos in base, then his asura mode is WAY stronger. what do you think?

I am very busy currently, and don't have the time to deal with or evaluate every OPM related thing entirely right now. AMM is quite knowledgable in OPM and has proven himself to be logical/rational for the most part, so I trust his judgement.
