Why is Undyne the undying unknown tier,

why is she unknown as tier? she deserved to be tier low 2-C. as she fought chara, and also being known for being one of the hardest bosses, and shes also 99/99 as stats, who got the idea to change the tier? so, can we just change her back to tier low 2-C.

2-B is not in attack potency, but lets say its something like multiple universes, that are 7.11 TenaexaFoe, Chara must have something like 213.3 tenaexaFoe or higher, since chara fought undyne at lvl 12, thats nearly half of charas strength, if undyne was able to defeat her for the first time, that would likely be 106.45 TenaexaFoe or higher, something that would probably fit as the tier she was, or high 3-A, this was my proof

7.11 TenaexaFoe is tier 3-A, but if chara got 213.3 of em, it would likely give her tier 2-B

@Battle Thats not how it works, you cant quantify 3-D energy once you get into 4-D destruction as 4-D is infinitely above 3-D
