Why is Ultraman Noa a god tier in the franchise?

Noa never really showed any impressive feats in Nexus, he was much superior to Dark Zagi in their fight but that's it.

Noa is a god tier because of statements.

During the time of Ultraman Geed when King was stated to be the apex of the entire series, one of the directors mentioned that originally for the Ultraman Geed movie they were thinking of having Geed borrow another Ultra’s power and Noa was the candidate when they had to think of somebody possibly stronger than King. And in the Ultraman Z Voice Dramas they once again mentioned how Noa is a living legend like King. So we have two statements directly comparing Noa to King who is one of the god tiers of the series.

There’s also the thing with Noa being one of the only Ultras to have ever been considered a god at some point. King‘s existence was considered to be that of a god, Noa was said to be the god of the Another Space World, and Legend was said to be the god of Cosmos’ universe.

I don't see why being called a living legend means you're a god tier, unless it's referring to power in that context. I get that King was stated to be at the top, but Geed also happened a while ago. Is there anything to show that King (and Noa since he seems to scale to King) is god-tier now? Also, scans?

It doesn't matter if Geed happened a while ago so far nothing shows that anybody has even been close to King and the other god tiers in power. Even now the enemies in Ultraman Geed are still some of the strongest in the entire series because Full Power Belial who was Low 2-C at the time still believes that he has no chance in defeating King and had to resort to making the plan of absorbing King's energy instead of defeating him head on. And even now this version of Belial is still one of the strongest high tiers of the series as so far almost nobody is stronger than Reiwa Era Base Zero who is comparable to him.

So if anything we need proof of the current Ultras surpassing King rather than the other way around. This is like saying does Zeno have proof of being stronger than current Goku and the other Z fighters. King and the others are considered by not just the fandom but also the directors as the god tiers of the series and until they show them being defeated they will always be treated as stronger than the others. And any one of them being defeated probably won't be happening anytime soon as Ultra Galaxy Fight 2 has once again shown that a god tier like Legend is capable of scaring away Tartarus the current strongest top tier of the series showing that even now there is still a humongous gap between the top tiers and god tiers. The official Ultraman Twitter also stated that Legend is on a different level of power in comparison to the characters of UGF2.

As for scans of these statements.

Noa is the only person who could possibly be above King.

King is the apex of Ultraman Geed (Essentially the entire series).

Z saying Noa is a living legend like King.

King's existence is like that of a god.

Noa is the god of Another Space.

Legend is the god of the universe (Cosmos' Universe).

Also here's the statement for the possible true god tier Delacion in case you're wondering where that is from. Delacion is possibly the creator of the Land of Light Universe or an absolute god that gained the will of the creator.
