Well, the character was stated to be beyond all space and time. That is the requirement for 1-A.

So he can't be any other tier simply because he is "beyond all space and time"? I'm confused. High 1-A or low 1-A's can't be beyond all space and time, only 1-A's? Sorry if i may seem rude but i think "possibly 1-A" or "at least 1-A" would be more fitting.

"Possibly" means that the character might be lower.

"At least" is only used if there are strong indications that it might be higher.

We only have proof that TOAA is 1-A, and nothing more, and given that I do not think that we have given any other character an "At least 1-A" based on nothing but wishful thinking, we cannot make an exception in this case.

I never said i wanted TOAA upgraded, i just think that you should only put him as a set tier if you have a good reason to think that he is 1-A. He could be low 1-A that's why i said "possibly 1-A just as something to consider based on what little we know about the character and what "proof" you accept considering you don't accept that he is a represention of the writers (mostly Jack Kirby) but that is beside the point. The point is i don't think you have enough solid proof to say he's a definite 1-A, but that is your decison, not mine and i will respect what you decide to do, just please take this into consideration.

Okay. I will modify the page accordingly.

No. It is just the embodiment of the space and time of a single universe.

Multi-Eternity was not explicitly mentioned within this story, and regardless, interpreting the statements as Dormammu, Umar, and Eternity being beyond-dimensional would severely contradict all power demonstrations of the characters, including within this storyline (even the Hulk was able to blow out the flames of Dormammu's head with his hands), and also not make sense, as a multiverse is composed of space and time per definition.

He is not anymore. The old rating came from the admittedly ridiculous official handbook claim that he created all of fiction and reality. It seems to have been retconned and/or severely contradicted however. You can read more explanation in his profile.

Well, it probably did not quite violate our rules, as long as we consider the OAA as a character, rather than as a writer. It builds on the classic definition of an omniverse.

I also vaguely recall that DarkLK gave me a more logical explanation to why the OAA should be considered as a tier 0 at the time.

That said, claiming that any character (or writer) created all of fiction and reality is way too conceited and delusional for my taste.
