Why is Photoshop Flowey's Tier listed as unknown/undertale soul durability question

Above question kinda speaks for itself. Why is nearly everything about photoshop flowey on the page "unknown"? Is it because he's so strong we can't tell what his tier is or is it just unknown in general? Also do attacks from monsters in Undertale/Deltarune directly attack the soul of normal beings or does the SOUL just represent the player?

While he is far stronger than others individuals in undertale (except Asriel, Chara and Pacifist Frisk while fighting Asriel), we don't have any idea of how strong he is, hence, unknown

Yeah but maybe something like "at least planetary level AP", because we know the AP is at least that strong. We dont need to know the exact limits, or do we?

Every being in undertale has souls, and we can see that Napstablook can hurt Mad Dummy, which is a ghost, so, yeah, undertale attacks hurts the soul
