Why is Missingno. a blog, not an actual page?

Missingno. maybe is a glitch pokemon, but wd gaster never fights, and only really appears if you hack, sort of a glitch,

so, if you allow WD gaster as an actual page, you could allow missingno. as well, even if its a glitch,

Gaster is an actual character, with lore and a real presence in the fictional universe he is in.

MissingNo. doesn't exist in the lore. It's just a living game mechanic.
