Why is Kakashi and Might guy listed as 53.15 megaotns via downscaling from Kisame?

Kisame would scale to around 139.2 megatons trough being 1/10th as powerful as CM2 Sasuke but why would Might guy be specifically 2.619x weaker? Is there some multiplier i might not be aware of?

When you downscale you go down to the baseline of whatever sub tier you’re in. So say character A is like 300 Zettatons (5-B), and character B downscales from character A, character B would downscale to the baseline of the sub tier 5-B aka 59ish Zettatons.

Same thing is happening here but they’re downscaling from Kisame’s value (which is 100 megatons). Since Kisame is at the baseline of 7-A, when you downscale from him you downscale to the baseline of the next sub tier aka 7-B+.

i guess that makes sense. although it would be quite a jump to downscale people in the cosmic tiers as they would become several orders of magnitude weaker. but i dont really scale cosmic level characters so it doesnt really matter
