Why is Hyper Sonic scaled to the Final Egg Blaster?

Hyper Sonic doesn't apper in Sonic Battle to my knowledge, not to mention we don't see when he outpaces the Final Egg Blaster. We only see the calculation on how fast and strong it is. If someone could link to when Hyper Sonic outpaced the Final Egg Blaster, it would be appreciated.

well because the final egg buster is used the chaos emeralds and the super emeralds will logically be far superior to that

Then wouldn't it make more sense for the final egg blaster to scale to the chaos emeralds and not the super emeralds?

because iirc the final egg buster was getting additional power from the emeralds but idk fully rememeber

Actually, it's debatable whether the Final Egg Blaster used the Emeralds at that time. Remember, Emerl wasn't hooked up to the FEB until he became Ultimate Emerl.
