So the flash says his fist hits like a white dwarf star and they have a minimun of 0.5 mimun Solar masses the sun weighs 1.989e30 kg/2 = 994500000000000000000000000000 kg since you cant use light speed in Kinetic energy I will use 0.99 c which is 2.9679e+8 meters per second putting this into the Relativty calculator http://www.stardestroyer.net/Empire/Science/Relativity.html we get 5.240E+47 Joules which is Solar system
