Why Is BoG Anime Goku Still Considered 2c?

It's established that 2 destroyers aren't allowed to engage in combat with each other due to their fight causing the destruction of the universe their fighting in overtime with Whis and Vados quickly intervening with serious tones and reminding Beerus and Champa as to why they're not allowed to fight.

Yet this same Whis was beyond casual the entirety of the Goku vs Beerus fight and even stated he was surprised that Beerus went out of his way to nullify the super dense energy ball which Elder Kai stated was going to destroy the universe so why was Whis expecting it to blow up if it was actually as potent as Elder Kai claimed and why did he never even think to interfere and even go out of his way to claim he was too weak to stop Goku and Beerus if the universe was actually in danger given that its his job as an Angel to prevent unsactioned universal annihilation like when 2 destroyers fight?

There's also the fact that the waves got stronger the further they traveled from Goku and Beerus to the point where Elder Kai stated Goku and Beerus would be annihilated by the force of the destruction of U7 so I never understood why they were considered to have scaled to this feat anyway.

I just don't see how the feat could possibly still be considered 2c in this day and age, especially given later implications where you have Beerus and Whis attempting to convey how Zeno is the most powerful due to him being able to oneshot universes and Champa calling Zeno a "God among Gods" for being able to oneshot U9 and described it as an "insane" feat. Why would they convey Zeno in this manner if the likes of BoG Goku could do the same feat thousands of times over?

If somebody could properly answer this, it would be much appreciated.

Their fight doesnt only end one universe, it ends both U6 and U7. Which is infinitely higher than destroying just U7 which was what Goku and Beerus were doing

That was only the case due to them being located at the point between universes. We see when in the 2nd fight they only threatened U7 just like Beerus and Goku allegedly did.

That's not the explanation, it's explained that Goku was trying to prevent the waves from being created in the first 2 attempts and actually accomplished it on the 3rd by matching Beerus' strength exactly. It's never stated that the energy was getting stronger as a result of diminishing nullification effects. We also know that Elder Kai stated that the 3rd clash would annihilate the universe completely, yet when the 4th clash happened as a result of a beam struggle(which inherently far stronger than physical attacks), the universe isn't destroyed at all and Whis doesn't think the fight is actually dangerous enough to intervene in unlike the destroyer fights

It upscales him in the sense that he's the only one capable of doing so and is in a league of his ownas a result. If BoG Goku alone is 2c, then them glazing how Zeno is "so powerful" that he can "even destroy universes" and is considered a "God among Gods" for being able to do so in an attempt to scare Goku from being casual with him wouldn't make sense. Its like if a character hyped up a new villian to be "so powerful that they can even destroy a planet", it would be nonsensical to hype up such power in the face of characters capable of easily destroying much more.

Pretty much, I simply dropped one of the scans that showed Goku is 2c, whether they accept it or not, it's their problem

This is a QnA thread. Plus, the rule is for downgrading 2-C based on Goku not retaining the 2-C amp in base, so this thread (if it was a CRT) would be okay.

It's that thing about the position of a God of destruction "can only destroy the Universe"? I think we've been through this a thousand times, it's mentioned that Goku was using the same strength as Beerus to nullify his energies, and in fact Whis couldn't do anything, because he doesn't interfere in anything in the Universe, only in training can he fight, not that he is inferior to the feat of Beerus and Goku, even because Whis' strength is superior to even Lord Beerus and Goku, if you play around, Whis alone can defeat all 12 Gods of Destruction alone.
