Why is Beerus 2-C? Didn't he already state in the manga is unable to destroy other timelines?

All Zamasu did was become a living timeline. And it was Zeno who destroyed Trunk's timeline. However I think it's a separate multiverse, thus explaining the 2 Zenos. And if Zeno had destroyed the timeline in 4d scale it wouldn't have ever existed to start with. DB uses a very different logic
