Why don't they link the calcs or CRTs that give characters their tiers on their page?

I'd kindly suggest you to check the edit histories of the pages for CRTs being applied, and checking their AP/LS/Speed/Dura descriptions to find calculations, or just check the Calculations section of the Verse page in question.

Also do kindly read our Rules pages (All of them) to get a firmer grasp of how things operate here on this site.

Seriously it would be so convenient
When doing some change to a character it's obligatory to add as justification the link to the crt where that was accepted, and it's also obligatory that characters get their statistics justified with their calcs linked or link to the character to which they scale until arriving with the character with the calculated feats, additionally is a common practice to also link the verse calculations in the verse page. If someone doesn't do that then it's their fault, not the sites.

It's actually mandatory to link them to the verse page now, so if you don't do it, you're violating the rules and liable to further punishments.
