Calc stacking and multipliers

Lets say character A and B are fighting on par with each other in their base forms, character A then transforms and consistently blitzes character B. If we were to calculate these blitzing feats and find that character A would be roughly 5x faster than B and by extension 5x faster than his base form, could we then apply that 5x amp to other calculations to find how fast they would be in that form or would it count as calc stacking? i dont see this outlined on either the calc stacking page or the multipliers page. What i mean by applying it to other calcs is by taking a calc of their base form being mach 1 and then using that other calc to say their transformation is mach 5.

If you got the 5x multiplier through the calc which means you would have to make something like this
Character A's speed/ Character B's speed=5
Then that's calc stacking, the only multipliers allowed are the ones that are officially stated, calc a multiplier based on a calc is calc staking which is not allowed
