Question about sexual and gore content on the wiki

According to the Acceptable Content Rating Scale page:

It should be noted that material that falls under the first three levels of the scale is acceptable to be hosted on the site, under the condition that none of their explicit imagery or power-sets are placed in their profiles.

So sex scenes are not tolerated on this wiki, but why is this not the case for gore and graphic scenes? Characters having explicit sex is more disturbing than characters getting decapitated and dismembered????

Note: And when I say "explicit sex scenes" I'm not talking about pornography, because the latter only concerns level 4.

It's more so a Fandom based policy; but it's also important to note gore scenes are often used to index feats. Where as a sex or nudity content isn't exactly a feat to have those.
