Why doesn't Gogeta (DBS) have Soul Manipulation on his profile?

He used the Soul Punisher in the movie, the same technique that Gogeta (Toei) used against Janemba that purifies the evil in one's soul. It didn't work on Broly since he isn't evil but Gogeta should still have the ability on his profile, what do you all think?

While the moves look the same, there is no evidence they share the same properties due to being from different continuities, similar to how some characters are more powerful that others despite being the same character.

There needs to be a statement or solid evidence that they are the exact same move with the same exact properties. Looking the same isn't enough.

Yeah this was brought up before, the soul punisher on the movie just created a explosions, the one on janemba turned into sparkles and destroyed him from within, the only visual similarity is the ball apperance

Where is it even called it, and just being a homage means nothing to the functionality.
