Why Aren't (Most) Human Profiles 9-C?

We currently have an accepted calc on a profile for a 9-C feat which is in the range of what normal humans can do.

Snowdrake's Mother is 9-C based on the PE of weighing 113kg and being 187cm tall. That is well within what humans accomplish, and if we accept this same method for other fictional characters, even those with more average heights and weights (including those we assume as standard for calcs) would make it into 9-C.

We either need to change our standards around PE (and probably KE) feats done with the whole body. At least for characters in the range of what humans can do. Or we need to upgrade a lot of profiles.

All characters for whom their height (in meters) multiplied by their weight (in kilograms) is greater than 61.16 would get upgraded by this.
