Why 8-B tier?

Pretty sure it comes from Medaka tearing a large part of the academy down in her fight with Unzen.

That sounds like a very low city block level feat (I'm assume it's decently big) any calculation done for that?

It's closer to a college campus in terms of scale. The buliding is at least five stories high based on Medaka's climbing, and pretty lengthy.

Maybe it can get calculated but I don't think Medaka would be 8-A after that's done

Medaka is 8-B for scaling to Kumagawa, although his justification doesn't have scans with it.

I'm actually curious about the 8-A tier as well, since Nienami's feat was actually hax rather than AP.
