Yeah, the scailing for the speed is also kinda weird. It's using 120 fps for perception which normally 60 fps is the norm.
This one is kinda weird cause it kinda does a sneaky method of assuming medeka doesn't move her head until the bullets are already through the grate to cut the distance in half even though if she kept getting shot at for more than 5 seconds she would of been dead.

Yes, I also think it's not logic since in the next arc her Kurokami Phantom is her fastest technique and she goes at the speed of sound with it (after kage bushin failed)
I'm not sure for the second one, because Medaka is maybe faster than that in that arc and the original user did this.
I think the "keys" (how people separate character arcs on the wiki) are a bit weird too.
