Enel has infinite stamina or electricity he just tires luck out and one-shot him or superheat his staff into a spear and impale luck. Also how does luck hurt enel he is a logia you need the counter element or armament haki in order to hit a logia.

Quite biased. Luck has consistently fought people strong enough to one-shot him and kept going and fighting, nor would Luck let himself get impaled.

Luck can interact with electricity. Enel is electricity. Very simple. Enel doesn’t have infinite stamina, otherwise Luffy wouldn’t have knocked him out.
