I'm glad by boy Han was mentioned. He's not super hax yet, but none of them would overcome his nigh infinite barage of versatile attacks.

Also, that time acceleration thing has been confusing me for a while now. Espeically as in The Gamer, it's specifically noted to affect Jee-Han's time, not his speed directly. I'd assume it would work the same for Weiss. If you could point me to the ruling on such, I'd appreciate it.

Yes, it literally just accelerates their time, thus increasing their speed

If they are grouped together, the High Templar one-shots them all with Psionic storm. None of them are living through a mind-shattering attack that simultaneously breaks down matter at an atomic level.
