Kaltias- She can make any wishes she want by herself and simply do that or she need someone to ask her for do that?(like nanika from HXH) becuse if this is the latter than this is useless in 1v1 battles

Combined One Piece character is rather weak. It lacks resistance and regen. Many, many people can kill it.

Hmm someone from Fate Grand Order or Masadaverse maybe? They have a lot of low tier(tier 6/7) but hax profiles, or maybe someone from jojo has someway to bypass regen without need to kill both of them.

Also digimon or pokemon too have some low Tier but hax shit.

Yeah thing is Mid-Godly Regens not the only thing they have that's broken for a tier 8. They also have a debatable physical damage immunity. Which basically makes it so you can only damage them by attacking their concept. On top of a crap ton of other hax.
