Could the infinite mass punch be in One Piece?

One of Flash’s most powerful abilities is an infinite mass punch which scales to 4-B apparently, in one piece Kizaru does something similar except unlike flash who starts off slower Kizaru is baseline light speed (light speed kick statement) and even states he’s accelerating beyond that, could this be similar to an infinite mass punch or does it have to specifically be stated for it to be?

Such a thing needs to be stated in verse.

Flash's IMP calc is based off of KE using mass that we're given in the comic. The One Piece example you've shown doesn't have such a thing.
