I don't know what kind of hax DOOM has but Silver has some pretty decent hax on his side. Gonna wait for more input from someone who is more knowledgeable on 2-A DOOM

GG, Dr. Doom has absorption. While it's only been shown to work on cosmic beings, apparently that means Dr. Doom can passively absorb all matter and life because "scaling". No further explanation is required.
