Godzilla rose more mighty than ever; the blackened color of his skin a testament to the supercharged powers withthin!

Is it the bottom or upper half which you're asking about? IMO, if Godzilla can topple entire city blocks effortlessly due to sheer height then I guess 8-B?

The nuclear missiles part, we know he was hit by multiple submarines nuclear missiles.

But we don't know the yield of those missiles...

Yeah that's definitely gonna be an issue, plus what's written above can also be argued that Godzilla tanked it due to absorbing the radiation.
Now I can't make any hasty assumptions, mainly because tbh I suck when it comes to determining lower tiers, but I can imagine that with something as life threatening as Godzilla they'd use some of their strongest nuclear weapons to kill it though that's obviously headcanon so take it for what you will. You could also attempt to compare the potency of nuclear missles to older nuclear weapons, but that'd depend on what decade this Godzilla is in.
