2,You don't understand how Haruhi's ability works,She does not have to meet SCP-682 at all,and her power would protect her and her friends automatically,arrange the result which meet her demands from very beginning.If she want 682 to be killed,then the world would arrange the result for her,and she does not have to do anything more than a wish.And if she does not want to be killed or defeated,that's impossible from very beginning.

3,SCP-239 defeated Clef,Both Clef and SCP-682 see others as tough opponents,so it's possible that SCP-239 can also defeat SCP-682.In fact,Clef call SCP-239 the real god of SCP universe.

It might sound like bringing a nuke to kill a cockroach but pretty much any one of Saint Seiya Gods/TItans should be able to kill SCP 682
