Ok so I was would reducing someone to a puddle of blood via ripping them a part with telekinesis be some type of durability negation given their is nothing left but blood?. Like would you need to rip them a part on a certain level to achieve such a thing or no.

Make them implode would qualify as durability negation, if is crushing then it would be 5 tons LS feat, for yield, I think there's most be a compressive strenth for any component of the human body, then multiplied by the human's volume.
