"Earth-Shattering" on it's own doesn't mean anything, but it might mean something with context.

If its the whole planet, there was a calc that puts it at low 5-B

"Earth shattering" doesn't even imply the planet, earth is used for the ground/rock too.

Its kinda vague it depends if it shatters earth's surface (which would be Tier 6) or shatters the entire planet (then it would depend on how violent the shattering is if its Split into half then Low 5-B, if it Split into pieces then it could be even higher but if that was the case they would use "Destroying" But it could mean shattering beyond GBE which would be 5-B but this is the highest estimate) or if its just violent fragmentation of Earth it would be likely High 6-A
