What Tier Would This Be?

If you make a structure conventionally beyond an infinite Multiverse, are you still Multiversal+ or are you High Multiversal+? I've seen people say that the Chaos Force is only Multiversal+ for being beyond the infinite Multiverse of Archie, but I've had people say that being above an infinite-sized overall 4D construct implied here should be High Multiversal+. My question is, what tier would this be?

I asked this same question not too long ago...the answer I got was that it would be High multiversal+.

It's possibly High 2-A, but it needs evidence about said structure infinitely transcending the multiverse.

Otherwise, it's simply whatever the size of the structure is
