What tier of inteligence is being so stupid you warp reality?

Basically in a series i am working on (making profiles not writting the series) alot of characters are so stupid than they warp reality to some extreme levels. is that just hax or that gives tier like animalistic?

Oh also they have a passive aura of making people passivelly stupid

Unless they actually fail at achieving minimal human intelligence (like not having the potential to learn basic language or other short patterns).

I mean it kinda varies but yeah at one moment the prota (yes he is one of the protagonist of the series) was stuck repeating the same word for like a hour by the sheer amount of brain damage he recivied, but another moment it can do somewhat complex tougths to directly being the smartest ( or atleast the most rational of the group witch isnt a big archivement when everyone are mass murderes with little to 0 autocontrol)

Even the lowest of these would probably be below average, and not animalistic.
