My first instinct is that that realm is 1-A, but I don't see how it can be unless these are the Multi-Abstracts.
EDIT: I looked again. It explicitly mentions the universe in that scan, so it definitely is not 1-A. Going by past cases similar to this, I'd wager that this is "At least Low 2-C".
