Creating a dimension beyond time and space

Working on some ratings for FF16 characters, specifically Ultima and Clive, and I couldn't find anything on the creation feats page about this (Unless I'm blind) so I was wondering what exactly we quantify creating a dimension that is beyond time and space. Like I dunno if this is just really good range for creating something beyond space-time, I dunno if this makes Ultima's magic 4D or whatever (Don't know or care about higher dimensional stuff so this is new to me), or if it's something that can be tiered? Just wanted to know what our standards for this kinda stuff is

Since the dimension is described as a "rift between worlds", it can just means that it is unbounded by conventional space-time

Yeah but what does being unbounded by conventional space-time entail? It's a physical manifestation of Ultima's own mind and power so like, would that give him some form of acasualty or something?

"Beyond" can be case by case but generally just means outside of conventional space-time. It sometimes can be used with meaning to above Space-time and possibly qualify for a Low 1-C rating, but context may need to be required. However, if Final Fantasy XVI is within the same multiverse as the rest of the Final Fantasy series, the Rift/Void is currently used for a lot of our 2-A scaling, and there have been arguments one would use for a Low 1-C upgrade. But I don't think we ever got around to applying that.

Wait, you're saying there's a possibility for Low 1-C Final Fantasy and nobody got around to it?

First of all, it can means that is is unbounded by space-time, not obligatory means it is

I think the context just refers to it being out of conventional space-time, not necessary lacking one

So basically a realm being beyond space and time can go from a possibly to a full on Low 1-C, correct?

"Beyond Space-Time" is, at best, a minor support evidence for a Low 1-C rating
