What power would it be to detect alterations in time?

I think Extrasensory Perception is intentionally vague. We generally seem to put every weird detection mechanism under it (which gets pretty confusing when pages don't explain it).

Detecting something with more than the main senses would qualify as ESP, so detecting alterations in the timestream would qualify as such. Yes, there's several types of ESP, Clairvoyance is one for example.

Welp, at our page relate Cosmic Awareness with Clairvoyance and Enhanced Senses (Clairvoyance is a type of ESP, while ESP is basically the sixth sense), so at the end ESP is the most common power for perceiving time.

Another character that would have this, even if limited, would be Toriel, as well as I believe every SAVE & LOAD user in Unvertale, no?

I can probably think of more examples over time, and so would other people, so it would be very pragmatic to have this written in the ESP page.
