What makes Minato comparable to Orochimaru?

A was 7-C when he fought Minato and he called him a rival, and if Minato was really comparable to Orochimaru what evidence is there?

I'm not trying to dis off Minato at all, but he seems more like Ging Freecss sort of character than exactly Netero. And when we first meet Minato he was a Jounin and to say more, there is not that much possibility for Minato to train to go from 7-C to 7-A if he is always on the job of being a sensei to Kakashi, Rin, and Obito and fighting a war.

Minato was chosen as Hokage over Orochimaru. So he should at least be comparable.

That does not exactly make for the best reasoning for Minato to be 7-A, kage don't have to be 7-A to gain their status like A for example and A and his brother are pretty much some of the only shinobi that we can compare Minato too

And also choosing Minato over Orochimaru seems more like a decision of mentality and skill than really strength

Well, I'm thinking about what Goku would be like if he was an Edo Tensei revenant and for other characters who were Edo Tensei, their eyes were Black and their iris color but I'm not sure if it would look good if there eyes were totally black. Heck it'd creepy.

Hashirama has black eyes. As do haku and zabuza as well as madara

Haku and Zabuza's eyes are differing shades of brown. The only Edo Tensei with black eyes that we ever see is Hayate, in the filler, and his eyes are darker than the black sclera that the Edo Tensei jutsu provides:
