Such as, being able to heal from heavy damage dealt to his skin & bones ( for skin that being bruises & burns, for bones that being his hands, arms, feet, legs, ribs, skull & spine being broken or dislocated ) in just about 5 minutes. As for Regenerationn, he can regenerate missing/severely damaged flesh and organs ( that being his kidney's, liver, lungs, eyes, heart & brain ). However, he can't regenerate missing/destroyed organs and produce new ones, he can only regenerate organs that still exist in his body, for example, if he still has like half or a portion of his heart or brain left than he can definitely regenerate it which takes about, 10 - 20 minutes, depending on which organ is damaged if it's like one of his eyes or kidney's it would usually take 10 minutes, but for very vital organs such as the brain, heart, liver & lungs than it would probably take 20 minutes. Oh and he can't regenerate lost limbs, he can heal damaged limbs, but not severed/destroyed limbs.
