Or other natural weather like snow. Also I'm well aware this is physically impossible, but it's treated as a normal thing in the verse I'm talking about.

Are those characters fast af or not?

If not, then this is what we call "Bullshit" Skill level. In other words, very skilled.

If they are fast, then it's still Bullshit level, but to a slightly lesser degree.

If you meant as in, literal combat intelligence rating (Ie Average, gifted, etc...) then I don't see this below Extraordinary Genius, at all.

It's not really treated as a speed thing, more like skill via training. I know it's bullshit, but where would we rank it? Gifted, genius, or extraordinary genius?

Not sure if that's intelligence, but perhaps extreme speed and reflexes.

Just being fast isn't typically enough to dodge rain, though. There are plenty of people with reaction speeds much faster than my own but they'd still get just as wet in a storm.

I guess another example is that we wouldn't necessarily assume a MFTL+ character could just straight up dodge weather.

I would give it "genius" at the absolute least. Could be higher with more context.

I've said in the past, these type of precision-based feats are absolutely ridiculously bullshit on many levels, and it doesn't matter if you are fast as ****, because you also need to be able to accurately calculate and accommodate your own body movement, and they do this in fractions of a second.

Edit: I would give it extraordinary genius if the dude was capable of integrating specific pathways or advance routing in between his dodges. Like instead of simply dodging s volley, he can plan ahead his movements to the point of ending exactly where he wanted to be, as at that point you're pretty much unmatched.

Is the difference of playing defensively in a game like competitive tetris, where you are simply matching your opponent versus actually having a plan and executing it (extremely simplified analogy)

personally i think it is inapplicable because it is physically impossible without extra abilities and the verse calling it skill or intelligence shouldn't matter as they are either being stupid or making a gag

at betst i can see their intelligence being "likely higher" if they treat it as intelligence, but not any specific level if the method is unknown

Thanks, this helps a lot.

This video may as well be canon tbh

I know this may sound a bit stupid but what would dodging omnipresence be. If you think dodging rain could be potentially extraordinary genius intelligence, then what would the above feat be indexed as in the intelligence section.
