I would give it "genius" at the absolute least. Could be higher with more context.
I've said in the past, these type of precision-based feats are absolutely ridiculously bullshit on many levels, and it doesn't matter if you are fast as ****, because you also need to be able to accurately calculate and accommodate your own body movement, and they do this in fractions of a second.
Edit: I would give it extraordinary genius if the dude was capable of integrating specific pathways or advance routing in between his dodges. Like instead of simply dodging s volley, he can plan ahead his movements to the point of ending exactly where he wanted to be, as at that point you're pretty much unmatched.
Is the difference of playing defensively in a game like competitive tetris, where you are simply matching your opponent versus actually having a plan and executing it (extremely simplified analogy)
