What is the vibration frequency required to cut the bond of the atoms ?

As in, Raiden (Metal Gears Rising) style of vibrating the blade to cut the bond of atoms and proceed to deconstruct them.
I was wondering much frequency does a blade need to vibrate to cut the atoms like Raiden's HF Blade.

There's a character i know that has a blade which in-database stated that it vibrates 3 millions times per second (That would be 3x10^6 Hz, i suppose ? ) allow it to cut materials on touch.
But i dont know if that's enough to cut the atoms, the show didnt goes in-depth about it's ability, only in the database that it's stated to be able to vibrates 3 million times per seconds.

Wikipedia seems to mention 10^13 to 10^14 Hz roughly, but don't have time to read the full page, nor does it really seem to say much context. Not sure if it refers to a sword strike having that much frequency.

I see. Thank you for the reply. If the requirement is that high then i suppose the blade is disqualified for Deconstruction
