What is the strongest character Jiren can resist that can manipulate time?

Not many who use legit time hax.

Hit's time-skip isn't like, say, Diavolo's time-skip. It doesn't have a universal range, and it only lasts for fractions of a second.

I doubt Jiren could just power through Dio's time-stop, for instance.
 
Considering he can have conversations while time stopped now.It doesn't seems to be merely fraction of second.
 
Cinematic time? Im not really convicted.We can say 48 minutes lasts that long because they're really fast and many conversation happen about same time.
 
Did the staff members of the wiki say anything about this? also I would take the words from the universe 6 angel and universe 7 old kai seriously.
 
He ate time and space and became the very embodiment of it. Low 2-C is nerfing.

Also, without a joke Zeref would be legit low 2-C via hax, but figures that being accepted.
 
Also, Gray has super powerful existence erasure. So strong no one will remember he even existed. Applicable only on himself thou. Lol

To be fair Natsu beat him and Zeref the dude who became the embodiment of time quite literraly.

I mean the only guilt others have is surviving his hits even thou in his weaker form he causally one shot God Serena who is above all 7 dragon slayers.
