yeah is not really a real thing, energy is just energy, it can manifest in different sources like heat, electricty, force, whatever
dimensional energy is whatever the verse makes it up to be, it can be energy syphoned from other dimensions or energy that affects dimensions, only example i got rn is arceus' dimensional energy being some energy he let out that warped spacetime and stuff
