A BDE characters nature is defined by lacking spatiotemporal features.

So the character doesn't exist within space or time. Or can freely move outside of it. That's type 1

Type 2 is same as type 1 but superior over the nature of spatiotemporal features. They're unbound by the them all will be immune to space and time hax

Thats simple. It's a higher level into space and time. Moving from 3D to 4D. And so on

BDE is outside of it and unbound by space and time, or dimensions if you will

oh does any beings or object which rated low 1-C due to transcending literal time and space will grant BDE ?

or any beings which predate time and space also too ?

Nah. They've transcended space and time into a higher dimension. So they're still in dimensions

Well yes. But that will be type 1 at least. If you existed before the concept of dimensions and time became a thing
